On the Road to Discovery

I am not sure how many times I have tried to keep a journal, or A Blog or some record to keep all my thoughts and what is going on in my life. but I have to say that this is going to be another attempt. this time though I have something more to talk about... I am going to attempt 2 new adventures so lets see what happens.

Advernture # 1. Not to log ago I was in the Dr office and he said to me " you need to lose some of this extra weight" NO SHIT REALLY.  I though in the back of my head... " have you ever considered Juicing?"  WTF?
so I have looked into ti a little.. and then a few weeks ago I watched "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead" on Hulu. it talked about a man that did a 60 juice fast. Yea 60days!! Can I do that.. I bet I can if I try... but should I ... well lets do this about a Mini-? 15 days? So with that I am now on the road to make this change in my life. More Fruits and Veggies. less processed less meat and more of the Sun Shine.

So I joined the Group   http://www.fatsickandnearlydead.com/. Went to the store. found a nice middle of the road juicer that fit my budget.  Stopped at the market ( Shock that most of the items on the list were all on sale for under a dollar for most things) and let see what happens.....

Adventure #2 OK so I am going to Juice.. that means most of the stuff I buy, I am going to have "pulp" waste. and I have 2 choices with this I can throw it out. or I can find another way to use it.. I have always been in the circles of "Worm Wrangling" Composting. and I though what the hell... since I am going to have this extra to toss out.. let see what I might do with Juice pulp and worms... GUESS WHAT .. I watched a Video that showed how a man made Turbo Food for his worms that used a Juicer Waste (watch here).

OK so my next purchas is going to be a Worm Farm. Been looking at a few and I think I have settled on one.. Maybe... Still not sure yet.. but at least this has some good outcome. and I dont have as much stuff to throw out and drop my carbon footprint on the planet...

So thats enough for one day lets see what tomorrow brings.
